Welcome to the Wyndham Community
Wyndham is a 1,271-acre, master-planned community located in the northwestern Henrico County suburb of Richmond, Virginia. The community features some 1,670 units and more than 5,000 residents. Opened in 1992, Wyndham is a mixed-use community that has earned numerous awards on a local, state and national level. The community has continued to grow and improve with the addition of pickleball courts and the opening of a new splash pool and other upgrades in recent years.
Wyndham features a private country club with a five-acre lake and an 18-hole golf course designed by Curtis Strange. The community offers parks equipped with volleyball and basketball courts as well as three playgrounds. The social center of the community is the 3,000-square foot Wyndham Swim and Racquet Club which features a swimming pool, splash pool for children, four tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a fitness center and flexible meeting space.
