Wyndham is a master-planned community that spans 1,271 acres in the northwestern Henrico County suburb of Richmond, Virginia. It consists of 1,727 residential units and is home to over 5,000 residents. Established in 1992, Wyndham is a mixed-use community that has received numerous awards at the local, state, and national levels. In recent years, the community has continued to grow and improve, adding features such as pickleball courts and a new splash pool, along with other upgrades.

Wyndham boasts a private country club that includes a five-acre lake and an 18-hole golf course designed by Curtis Strange. The community is equipped with parks featuring volleyball and basketball courts, along with three playgrounds. The social hub of the community is the 3,000-square-foot Wyndham Swim and Racquet Club, which offers a swimming pool, a splash pool, four tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a fitness center, and flexible meeting spaces.

Wyndham is located in the west end of Henrico County, providing convenient access to I-64, I-95, I-295, and Route 288, making travel around the metro Richmond area easy.
