Since 1992, Wyndham has provided its residents a desirable mixed-use community. We remain vigilant and continue to grow and improve in order to maintain and enhance the status and reputation our community has earned. This includes continuing to build for the future with new and exciting amenities. But also, it involves maintenance of existing facilities, features and conveniences.
Wyndham is more than a collection of houses, parks, a lake, pools, tennis and pickleball courts, amphitheater and an 18-hole private golf course. Wyndham is a community of nearly 1,700 homes and some 5,000 residents. It is a culture and way of life that is unique in its own right. Its existence as an upscale, golf course community in the fashionable far west end of Richmond is unsurpassed.
In recent years, Wyndham has remained an attractive place to live with the addition of a splash pool, pickleball courts, updating of the club house, amphitheater, basketball court and playgrounds.
Competition from new developments in the area that provide for a similar lifestyle requires Wyndham to continue to grow and improve. In addition to maintenance, development of new and exciting conveniences, services and facilities is required in order for Wyndham to continue its reputation as the premier community in the area.
