Covenants Committee
The Covenants Committee meets regularly to discuss covenants, agreements and contracts as authorized by section 55-513, subparagraph B, of the Virginia Property Owners Association Act in connection with violations of the Association’s governing documents. In fulfilling its responsibilities, the Committee shall perform its duties in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Section 2 of the Bylaw and any other relative provisions of the Governing Documents of Wyndham. The committee makes recommendations for covenant revisions to the Board of Directors. The committee reviews potential covenant violations and renders decisions on any violations and assesses appropriate penalties. The committee hears appeals from homeowners who have been found in violation of Wyndham covenants.
