Recreation Committee

One of the most active committees, the Recreation Committee organizes the varied community social events that take place throughout the year. The primary responsibility of the committee is to develop an annual plan for budget for the clubhouse facilities and recreation programs for approval by the Board of Directors. The plan includes development of recreation and educational activities for all age groups of residents and all interest levels. The committee also conducts an annual review of the clubhouse facility use and rental policies and regulations and recommends changes to the Board of Directors. It assists with specific events, recruiting homeowner volunteers to assist before, during and after events and helps Association staff market and communicate events to the community.
