| Wyndham is a master planned community consisting of over 1700 single-family, town home, and condominium homes in 42 neighborhoods. Wyndham was established in 1990 and is located in one of the most desirable locations in the Richmond, Virginia metro area. The Wyndham Foundation is the homeowners association that governs Wyndham. Community amenities along with an extensive assortment of activities provide Wyndham residents an enhanced quality of life. Wyndham was proud to receive the prestigious “Community Association of the Year” award from the Central Virginia Community Associations Institute in 2012 and 2017. In addition, Wyndham was recognized in 1997 by Community Associations Institute as the national “Community Associations of the Year” in 1997. Wyndham has been acknowledged several times by Richmond Magazine’s “Best Of” issue for Most Kid-Friendly Suburban Community. Wyndham is complemented by The Dominion Club. This private country club and golf course is fully located within the Wyndham community and adds to its natural beauty and green space.
