Budget and Finance Committee
The Budget and Finance Committee is responsible for making recommendations to the Wyndham Board of Directors on the annual budget and other matters of finance. The committee monitors the budget throughout the year, reviewing monthly financials and advising the Board of Directors of any variances. In addition, the Committee considers special requests for spending, investment opportunities and any community programs that result in income or expense to the Association, and then makes recommendations to the Board of Directors for any action required of the Board of Directors. The committee considers special requests for spending and investment opportunities. The committee works closely with the Community Manager to discuss proposed spending homeowner assessments and the financial need of the Wyndham Foundation.
